1. Service Description

GWYM (Grow With Your Money) is a web-based financial tracking and analytics platform operated as a sole proprietorship (OSVC) under the laws of the Czech Republic. The service enables users to track income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and net worth, and provides AI-powered financial insights.

2. User Obligations

By using GWYM, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful financial data
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Account and Data

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into GWYM. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings.

4. Subscription Terms

GWYM offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests for the current billing period may be submitted within 14 days of the charge, in accordance with Czech consumer protection law. The free tier remains available after cancellation with no data loss.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

GWYM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data or insights provided by the service. To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The GWYM software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL). The GWYM name, logo, and branding are proprietary. Your financial data remains your property at all times.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

9. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. You may contact us at the email address listed in the Privacy Policy. For consumer disputes, you may also use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (COI) as the out-of-court dispute resolution body, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
